Course in Security and Conflict/Threat Management
Conflicts and unforeseen situations can arise in any organization, and effective handling is essential to ensure safety and prevent escalation.
This course teaches techniques to understand, prevent, and manage conflicts in a professional manner. Participants will also gain insight into security assessments and measures that help reduce risk in demanding situations.
The course is ideal for employees who work with interpersonal challenges, such as roles in security, healthcare institutions, retail, and the education sector.
Participants will:

The course is delivered as in-house corporate training.
Course in Emergency Preparedness and Crisis Management
Effective crisis handling requires planning and real capabilities within the organization’s leadership. Our course in emergency preparedness and crisis management provides participants with solid knowledge and the ability to manage serious unwanted incidents in the organization.
The course is designed for managers, preparedness coordinators, and other leadership roles seeking to strengthen their crisis management skills.
